Usizo, derives from the isiZulu word for "help" or "assistance" - a reflection of our foundational commitment to serving the communities, industries, and institutions that depend on reliable infrastructure and essential services.

With a national footprint spanning six branches, and a leadership team with deep sector expertise, we are positioned as a premier partner for large-scale infrastructure and industrial development across Southern Africa.
Usizo serves a diverse client base that spans the public and private sectors. Our public sector clients
include national departments, provincial governments, municipalities, and state-owned enterprises (SOEs)
engaged in infrastructure development, water resource management, and public facility maintenance. Our
private sector clients include mining houses, industrial operators, property developers, logistics companies,
and commercial enterprises that require integrated infrastructure and essential services support.
We are particularly active in sectors where infrastructure investment is critical to economic performance:
mining and minerals processing, energy and petroleum distribution, water resource management,
commercial property development, and municipal service delivery.

Chief Financial Officer
Oversees the Group's financial strategy, budgeting, treasury, and reporting across all divisions. He ensures compliance with financial regulations and provides financial oversight on major contracts and capital investments.

Sets the strategic direction and oversees performance across all divisions: Project & Construction Management, Equipment Plant Hire, Petroleum, Water & Sanitation, Commercial Security, and Cleaning & Hygiene Services.He drives the Group's investment strategy and represents Usizo in major client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
Hlumelo Frans
Client Relationship Manager
Acts as the main point of contact for clients across Usizo service lines. Her role coordinates between divisions to keep projects on scope and on time, and manages the relationship between operational delivery and client expectations.
Sbusiso W. Ndlovu
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Sets and enforces safety standards across every Usizo site, in line with applicable regulations. His role runs site audits and risk assessments, with particular focus on construction, petroleum, and security operations, where safety requirements are highest.
